Unable to register for My Virgin Media Account

Hi,

I signed up for Virgin Media last week and have since received several emails suggesting that I register for My Virgin Media account now. However, every time I try to do this I am getting the following message "The details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again."
Please find attacehd screenshot as well. 

Any thoughts please?

I am sorry to hear you are having problems registering your online account. 

I have taken a look from our side and I think I am able to see what is causing the issue but I would need to confirm this via a private message.
