Since receiving my contract documents on 27/01 I have been unable to register for an account and met with the error below. As of yesterday the installation has been completed and I am still encountering issues with creating an account. The password criteria is satisfied with each attempt following others' advice of using a password between 8-10 characters, lowercase/uppercase and numbers. I am stumped.
