I've signed up for VM broadband package more than 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, have not been able to register MyVM account up to now.
The returned message is:
We can't find an account with the details you've provided. Please contact us to register.
Calling VM's helpline doesn't solve the issue.
Would appreciate it if anyone can provide any pointers on how to get registered.
