Since the pandemic began I have not been able to contact Virgin to remove BT sport - everything on the manage my account page is geared to facilitate upgrades only - as of today - for my specific need ALL Virgin call centres are closed. There is no chat facililty or email address via which I can progress the change I want to make. I have searched several times. I believe this is at least very poor practice - there used to be a facility on my virgin media to increase or decrease the elements of your bundle.
Is someone able to provide a means of contact - preferably email
I am afraid that VM do not do support by email, there isn't one.
With regards to downgrades I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.
Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you. You can also call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning, use the option "Thinking of leaving", but again wait times my be long.

Sadly we don't handle package changed over the forum. The team are available between 8am and 9pm on weekdays and 8am and 6pm on weekends at the moment if you call them on 150/0345 454 1111 options 1, 4 then 4 to go through this.
