I am a new Broadband customer waiting for preinstallation. I have called your customer services and engineering team multiple times trying to cancel my preinstallation appointment, but every time I mention the cancellation the person I'm speaking to hangs up in the middle of the conversation. As the broadband hasn't been installed yet, I'm unable to create an account on your app, and the website doesn't allow cancellation in any other way.
Please contact me in private and assist in cancelling the preinstallation and my Broadband order.
