Unable to cancel account due to phone lines hanging up

There must be another way to cancel my contract that doesn't involve ringing into a number.

I've spent 3-4 hours in total on hold only for the line to be dropped after I've been transferred. I was told by the adviser that I was being transferred and the call wouldn't be lost this time, got transferred, waiting for 10 minutes and then the call dropped.

How do I cancel?

Had the same problem today, they can hear me fine, until i say I want to cancel then they hang up! Seems to be the only way they can keep anyone with them

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've both had some trouble getting through to us.

 

Cancelling accounts/ package changes are not something we're able to do via this forum I'm afraid.

 

Whilst the lines are busier than usual, there are still agents taking calls.
