Hi @Grannypig3
Just call back up and speak to Retentions and ask them to revert the cancellation. You could also possibly negotiate for a new deal at the same time
The best method and time to contact them is to call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 4 (thinking about leaving) but best to call at 8am when lines first open to avoid call queues.
Replies from the following methods aren't instant, roughly around 4 to 6 hours at times, they are taking longer at present due to the price rise emails, as telephone calls take priority dependent upon staffing availability and call queues
You can text VM on 0753 305 1809 or speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112.

Hi Grannypig3,
Thanks for posting this on our forums, I am glad to see you've decided to stay with us!
Can I ask if by "cancel" do you mean you've given us your 30 days notice today, or your disconnection was processed fully today?
If you've full fully disconnected we can reconnect you, it can take up to 48 hours to fully process though.
You could also follow @newapollo's advice if you wish 😁
If your services are still active and you're just within the 30 day cancellation period, we can just simply cancel the disconnection work order.
Please let us know!
Thanks,
Megan_L
