Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your downgrade looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I am afraid we can't change packages or contracts here on the forums, you will need to continue calling 0345 454 1111 option 1, 4, 2. The best time to call them is 8am in the morning when the lines first open, this will help you avoid the long call queues.
