Hi, I have sent all necessary details for the broadband account transfer to Virgin on 3/5/19 and still had no response. How do I check if this is being processed? It's been almost two weeks and I had no confirmation from Virgin they are processing this request.
Account is currently in my brother's name and he is moving out, in addition the monthly cost has almost doubled after 12 months so I need this transferred to myself ASAP - so I can cancel or negotiate the price. I cannot afford to wait this long and I will soon be forced to ask my brother to cancel the account altogether.
