Is it just me or is the sign in page linked from top right on the front page of https://www.virginmedia.com/ broken?
All i get is this and its been like that for weeks.
I need to raise a complaint about slow speeds way under my minimum gauranteed one. None of the other methods (phone or web chat) are working as no agents are ever available.

The sign in page is available so if you are seeing that message having tried various different browsers then the likely reason is a problem with your account in the VM systems.
The VM Forum Team staff will respond to this thread in a day or so.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with logging in to your My VM account as well as slow speeds. We can certainly take a look at things for you. I've been unable to locate your account via your forum credentials though so I will need to confirm some information with you in order for me to proceed with checks.
