Serious Complaint - Possible Leaving VM

On our wavelength

a few weeks ago i changed my contract and I was assured that with VM as I paid early on the account.  they stated to me no monies will not be taken from my bank account.

Before Manchester Crown Court I have 2 logs of payments

30th March 

Today

Today found out they instructed the bank and "making the account well in front" in technical terms.  but when withdrew money from the account when the account is already in front in the first place.

I am very disappointed with VM and a complaint will be raised with Ofcom.  this reminds me of Plus.net in the same issue.

In addition to this i may be thinking of leaving VM
