Reversing a disconnection

Morning Community,

I was hoping that someone could help me understand if I could reverse my decision to leave?

Yesterday, I opted to leave Virgin Media.  The decision was (admittedly) made a little hastily, based on the fact that new customers were getting significantly better deals via both comparison sites and direct from the Virgin website.  This culminated in the advisor telling me that the website did not offer any better deals for new customers, when I checked this was not true.  In frustration, I opted to disconnect my service.

I'm a big fan of Virgin's service, I highlighted this to the various advisors that I spoke to yesterday.  Thus, I'm keen to explore the possibility of staying and wondered if someone could advise on this possibility?

Hi BruceMilne1984, thank for the message and welcome to the forums, I am sorry that you decided to disconnect, can you confirm if you have now gotten this cancelled? Have you managed to get this resolved or do you still require assistance with this? Chris
