Returning kit

I've booked a collection on the 15th for a V6 box does it need to be boxed up or what? I've not been sent out any box if that's the case. Or can I just hand it over the to the collection team loose?

Thanks for your post. For the collection of your old equipment we would not require you to package up the item when one of our team will be coming to your door to pick it up. We will take care of that on your behalf, feel free to place everything together in a bag and we shall handle the rest.
