I'm coming to the end of my 18 month promotional offer and my bill is due to leap by £50. I haven't been overly impressed by Virgin so am looking to switch to a different provider BUT on my contract it says the Remaining minimum period is 16 months.
The contract started on the 7th Jan 2022 and was apparently changed on the 19th March (possibly by adding multiroom) so as far as I'm aware there shouldn't be anywhere near that length of contract remaining.
Can anyone shed any light as to why the minimum period would still be so long?

Sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the minimum period of your contract, some changes made during this may of warranted a new contract being issued.
