Refund

I'm a new customer with virgin and was promised to be reimbursed my Contract Breakage Fee from my previous supplier if I send them proof. I now have the invoice but I have no idea where to send it. I've tried messaging on Twitter, text and email but it's all automated and I dont think I can actually get anyone in the phone Can anyone help please?
