I referred my cousin more then a month ago. Installation was done on 6 Dec but we have not received referral credit. Could you please have a look into this?

A Refer a Friend credit would usually be applied once the referred person has paid their first bill and assuming the correct process has been followed.
Can you confirm how you did this?

Thanks for your reply. My friend signed up using the link that they received in referral email. First payment taken from their account 2 days ago. I think referral amount should have been applied on both before taking the first payment.

Yes. I received confirmation email with subject title "Thanks for referring a friend to Virgin Media". I received that email on 21 Nov.

Can you confirm that your friend did not take out any other offers and did sign up via the link? Did they receive their confirmation email to advise the RAF was successful?
After checking your account, there is nothing listed for any referrals I'm afraid.

I am sorry I cannot confirm where he clicked after receiving referral email. the only thing i can confirm is i referred my friend and he bought Internet package from you.
Thanks for popping back @nashrafuk - are you able to contact your friend to confirm that he did infact sign up via your link and received the confirmation on his contract.
Once you can confirm that, we can take a look at your friends account and help you out.
