I called virgin few days ago about cancellation of service. It took me ages to cancel the service then I received an email this afternoon from Virgin Media about pre-contract documents.
That’s terrible. First of all, I didn't agree to a new contract and I called to cancel the service. I don’t understand why Virgin media can send me contract without my consent. That’s like a scam and you have spend your treasure time to deal with this never end problems created by virgin.
Why am I being sent this? Could you give me and everyone who encountered the same problem a reason?
