Good afternoon all,

 

I use these VM services:

mobile - a separate issue with them.

Landline - so far so good.

Broadband -

my contracts for BB and land line runs out in April 2024.

Price increase is far too much, so I want to leave virgin media for one of the other fttp providers currently in my area.

I have been a customer with them before they were VM. Since October 1992!!

I want to know if I will be charged for rest of the contract if I leave early - before 2024.

I will contact VM within the 30 day period when VM tell me about their price increase.

You should have by now received your price increase communication. 

 

You mentioned the price rise is to much, just to clarify please, have you received any communication from us regarding this?

Details of your rights to cancel would be available within the price change communication. 

As you have not received this, we would be happy to take a look at the details from our side.
