I am in the same situation, please advise. My contract fixed for 18 months, from the 1st of October 2022, but my price gone up since the last 2 months.

Did you receive an email or letter explaining this?

Every customer will receive an individual price rise specific to them. If you wish to discuss your increase further, you can reach us online (virg.in/contactvm), calling 150 from your Virgin Media landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

From what price to what price for what service?

Hi all,

100mb VM internet only package gone up, from £24 to £30. The letter and my contract says the price is fixed for 18 months contract, price rice not effecting me until 2024, 1st of April.
