It woudl be nice to be able to get through to someone to talk about my bill. I have now been on hold over 5 days for about 8 hours now on the phone and on chat 

 

Hopeless 

 

Please can someone  call me from Virgin so i can discuss my bill

 

Online doesnt have the answers i need

no one will call you and unless its a simple question and not account specific i dont think staff can help

8 in the morning seems to work better than other times

go this route

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
