I am new VM customer, I try to register VM account, however when I create a password, the error popup and requested me to use another password.
I tried follow below link to setup difference strong password but the error still pop.

What error are you seeing? Are you able to upload a screenshot so we can look into this?
Are you able to try a different password? Certain things are too guessable are not allowed. No special characters, only letters and numbers. The password must begin with a letter and the password length must be between 8-10 characters.

I follow your recommendation to setup the password, the issue is fixed. but your recommendation is difference from the website information.
