Hi Nat ,

Thanks for your swift reply . Its been a nightmare ive been calling since yesturday and i keep getting the same talking points. I've tried to explain to the people as clearly as possible but they then just act like they are reading a from a script

Also its not equipment return its a one of charge for my new Hub  the guy on the phone told me its for delivery . Which i told him its says its free on the website .... the  he tried to tell me it was an installation fee .... which i explained again it says its a free upgrade on the website.

Just spoke to a gentleman called Jamie from yhr UK customer services call centre hes been very helpfull and giving me the winter sale deal with the £35 wavered by his manager for me so no need to private message me .
