Phone bill

After having issues with my account and phoning 150, customer services told me to ring a different number, after being on hold for 45 minutes I was cut off so I tried again and was in the que for even longer. Just had my latest bill and I've been charged for these calls to Virgin media. I want my money back.

Sorry to hear of the charges for calling the number given when peaking to our team, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

It has been a few days since your post, we're sorry it has taken us longer than we'd like to get back to you. Have you been able to speak to the team in regards to the charges since posting?

 

Can you confirm which team it was you spoke to and why you referred to them?
