Password when calling

Hi. I called last night as I'm at the end of my contract and need to change my package. I can't remember my phone password and as I do not have a direct debit set up they couldn't do dpa that way. The agent informed me they would send an email with a password reminder however I still haven't received the email. Could somebody please get in touch with regards to this.
