Signed up for a package upgrade 21st Oct got an order number and was told would get new contract nothing has happened since tried the live chat which is about as much use as P*****g in the wind to be told someone would respond in 24 hours so you want me to sit on live chat for upto 24 hours? terrible customer service suppose you will blame it on the Chyna Floo.
Posted on Saturday about an upgrade from the 21st October that never happened used this forum nobody answered or helped waste of F ing time sums up Virgin customer care as you get nowhere with them either .
