Unfortunately, we can't remove the SIM as it's part of the Media package. However, we can upgrade to a pay monthly handset. If you wish to do this, please give our Mobile Sales team a call on: 0800 052 0238
Would the SIM still be included in the bundle with the pay monthly phone on top? E.g; have the bundle of landline, Internet and SIM as the price I currently pay and then a separate payment for the pay monthly phone.
Would it be possible to keep the oomph SIM for the pay monthly phone with the same number?
thanks for coming back to us, when taking out a Mobile phone this will usually come with a sim and package separately however you can transfer the Oomph package to that, this is something you would need to discuss when taking the phone out.
