Old NTL email address and can not retrieve my password

Good morning,

I have tried to download the Virgin App to control the WiFi in the house due to unruly kids not doing homework and staying up all night!! 
however when I tried to download the app to sign in I had to use my old NTL world email address that I used to open my account some 20 odd years ago and I can not remember the password.

i have tried to retrieve it on the site and app and get a page to enter my account details, area code and last bill date & amount, 

when I enter all this it states the paste bill date issue?? I have check all details and done this multiple times but still no joy, 

please can someone help me as there is no numbers to call or live chat so stuck

Last bill date error when trying to reset my password.

Hi All,

I have tried to reset my password as i can not remember it,  i have my area code and my account number but when it asks for my last Bill date it states an error after inserting the details?

My bill is always taken on the 2nd of each month and is always the same price

i have tried May and June ( I have also tried every day just in case its a billing day rather than a payment date) but i get the same message each time

Please help i am pulling my hair out

It does want the date of the bill not the date that payment is made.  Do you not download each bill when you receive the notification?

Thank you for responding, unfortunatley we are paperless so never see a Bill as scary as that sounds,

We have the same package TV & Wifi as we have had from the beginning ( we even still have the NTLworld emails address)

all i know it comes out of the bank on the 2nd each month

The Forum Team should be able to help you through alternative security questions once they reach this thread.  They will post here but also contact you via Private Message.

Once you regain access to your billing account I would recommend downloading the pdf version of your monthly bill to your pc.  You can do this and still remain paperless.

Sounds like we need to get this sorted out sooner rather than later

I will need to pas security with you first
