Morning,
My virgin broadband was delivered yesterday and I am connected to the internet. However, when I try to sign up for a My Virgin Media account the verify your email address email is not received after any amount of time. I have checked Junk/Spam.
I did receive one once yesterday but it said the link had immediately expired.
I briefly spoke to support who sent me a test email which was received.
Please can you manually verify my account?

short update
I received one "Verify my email address" email but when clicking on the link it immediately says link expired or I sit on this screen with no changes.
