Wondering if anyone can help me. I have been a VM customer for a long time albeit with a short break for a few months. I have kept the same registered email address for the whole time, however after I left VM and then rejoined I have not been able to login to my account online. I receive emails to my registered email address, however whenever I try to reset my password for the account it shows an error message.
Really want to get this fixed so that I can access my account fully.
