No response when asking for online account and email to be deleted

Hi, I am looking for a member of Virgin Media to contact me to get my online account and email address completely deleted with Virgin Media please.  I have phoned twice, tried a live webchat and also sent a complaint all of which have ignored my request.  Trying this forum in the hope I might get somewhere, thank you

Hi ChrisD5, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the email. 

From what you have said it sounds like the email still exists on a former account. 

Can you confirm if you are looking at the email and online to be deleted or is this to be transferred to a new account number?
