New user. You can’t use that password

No matter what I am unable to register for a new account as I get told I cannot use that password. 

Have phoned the customer support 3 times now and they claim a support ticket is raised. 

anyone know how to resolve?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the password for My Virgin Media.
May I ask if you've been able to clear your cache and cookies? Try a private browser or another browser / device even?
Are you able to share a screenshot of the error? Please avoid posting any personal information.

We're sorry to hear that you're still unable to create an online account. Can we just confirm that you have been installed and have an active service with us?

We only ask, as if you are a new customer waiting to have our services installed, you cannot register for an online account until your services are active.
