I have been trying for 3 days now to change my package and after finally agreeing a new contract for 18 months received another email from Virgin advising my contract is changing to a hugely inflated figure that was not agreed.
Day 1, on finally making contact with a human I eventually thought we had agreed a package to only find that it had not inluded some essential items that had previously been agreed. I thnk I saw 8 different sets of contract documents.
Day2, in trying to correct the day 1 efforts again I thought is had an agreed package at a price I was happy with only to hear that the contract couldn't be confirmed due to issues with the Virgin system. I needed to speak to a customer services adviser on Whats App. After waiting 5 hours with no contact I left a message to say I was finished for the night.
Day 3, Whats App made contact first thing on Day 3 to ask if I still wanted the issue resolved. After 2 hours I finally made contact with what I assume was a Customer Service representative and he made himself aware of the problems and resolved to put it right. After an hour he came with a great package at a great price which was all agreed and the final contract was received and agreed. 3 hours later I receive an email from VM with a totaly rediculous price. What is going on? I assume this was in relation to an earlier package and will just ignore for now.
I have sent my copy of the agreed contact and am waiting to see what comes back?
Utter chaos and 3 days of frustration with a great deal on the table which might be up in the air!!
