I've just checked my bills and I have a message saying my new contract has been accepted, but the contract was sent to an email address I have had no access to for nearly 5 years.
My contact details all show my current virgin email address and I can see no way of changing the email on my contract.
Any help in resoving this would be appreciated

I am sorry for the issues with your email and contract.
I tried using your forums details to locate your account but it only brought up your old account, I will send you a private message so I can help you further.
