When i look at my account with Virgin it says Netflix included. When i open a browser and go to Netflix.com i sign in it says welcome back but wants me to pay for it.

Hello Steven,

Maybe when you find the issue with @jacor you could look into mine also? I am getting the same thing within the My Virgin media app.
