How do I cancel my current annual Netflix subscription and activate Volt Netflix as part of my VM package?
Yes you SHOUD be sent a link by email !!
But reading the thousands of posts on the subject here you will see that VM have failed to resolve a problem sendint this email for EIGHT MONTHS now..

Sorry to hear that you've not received your Netflix activation email from ourselves. Is there not an option in your My Virgin Media account to register for Netflix? If you login, you should be able to complete your registration from there.
