I currently pay Netflix annual subscription but I’ve now taken out the Volt package, which comes complete with Netflix.
How do I cancel my current annual Netflix subscription and activate Volt Netflix as part of my VM package?

You should be sent a link via email to set up Netflix with Volt, if you accept this it should sync up with your current account.

Yes you SHOUD be sent a link by email !!
But reading the thousands of posts on the subject here you will see that VM have failed to resolve a problem sendint this email for EIGHT MONTHS now..

Hi Blue2basingstok, thanks for getting back to us.
Sorry to hear that you've not received your Netflix activation email from ourselves. Is there not an option in your My Virgin Media account to register for Netflix? If you login, you should be able to complete your registration from there.
