Netflix activation

Hi, I have not received my email for activating my netflix account.  Also when I log into my virgin media account and click on the activate netflix tab the link seams broken. Can anyone help?

Hi @eddierich, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding activation of Netflix.

Was this included in your contract with us, do you have reference to this on the agreement?

Hi, Yes we have the top package and it stated that we have netflix standard included within the package.

Thanks for coming back to us @eddierich, is it possibly to access your self-care account via an alternative browser to see if the Active Netflix option is then successful for you?

Hi, I have already tried a different browser and know luck.  Still link broken. Still have not received the activation email.  This should be simple to fix.  Why so many people having the same issue?.

If the email was sent or the link was not broken then we would not have so many people asking the same question.

Please fix this.

Mine’s over two weeks too. Paying for something we’re not getting. This is ridiculous. Latest attempt they tried to fix it by cancelling and restarting my account. No good!
