Need to downgrade URGENT

I need to downgrade my current package. 
I’ve been phoning in and off for over a month but keep getting disconnected after an hour. 
Not good enough. 
Total disgrace. 
Please can someone give me an email address or text so that I can arrange this.

I tried it but have no success in corresponding with anyone let along solving my downgrade request.
