Why can't I verify my account username to view bills. I entered letter into into myvirgin registration. I created a new virgin email address.. Told to sign in which it does but get message I need to verify my username please check your email. I can't check my email because I cannot login to verify my email.because I cannot verify my username. I couldn't use my original vitgin email address as it said it belonged to another account. I just want my registration verified or deleted so I can start again but after hours on phone I still cannot login to see my bills. It is impossible to speak to a human in this company.
