Hello 

It appears I have the same issue.

Both neighbours either side of me have access to Virgin Media, as well as the ground floor flat (I live in a maisonette), but your website says I don't.

Please advise what can be done to confirm / resolve as necessary?

hi, I'm in exactly same position. my immediate neighbours have vm, literally 6/8 ft away. there's no obstructions. the whole of my street has been cabled. I'm exasperated trying to get this sorted, been with vm for years, moved to a cabled street and yet you say I can't have it. doesn't make sense.

Multi storey buildings can cause issues. Certainly if you are above first floor you will be unserviceable unless the building is internally wired via communal areas. If the ground floor flat (or a landlord) owns the area between the front wall & the service tee then there are also wayleave issues involved that could stop an install.
