My bill

I wasn't to pay my bill. But virgin won't let me. I had ordered sky sports in December. I canceled this in February. I do have the confirmation email of this. And then moved house. Virgin are now saying I re subscribed to sky sports which I didn't and are refusing to clear it from my account. Also they are saying a re subscribed on the w1st of Feb. I couldn't have as this was the day before my vigin media tech came out and installed a line for me to be on the Internet.
