How do I find out what the component part true costs of my Virginmedia bill cost me per month such as Broadband, Tivo boxe/s, home phone line, home phone usage and TV package?

From 2016, all providers were required to just give a single bundle price for a package of services and remove pricing for 'line rental' etc.

To expand on the advice already given, you can't get what you're asking.
You choose a combination of services and VM give you a bundled price for that package which includes any time-limited discounts they choose to offer. You can price up whatever each of those services costs on their own, that's the closest you'll get,
VM have never itemised the cost of individual services within a bundle.

That only applies to broadband and is to stop ISPs advertising broadband for "only £5 a month!" and hiding +£19.99 line rental in the small print.
Companies can still show a breakdown on the bill of all the individual prices that make up a package. I have Sky for TV and the bill shows the price of the individual components like Sky Signature, Sky HD Pack, Sky UHD Pack, Sky Q Multiroom etc.

Hey patloc, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you are struggling with a billing issue.
Unfortunately, we don't really give prices out for individual costs, this is because you are on a bundle with various discounts codes so it wouldn't a true reflection to what you are paying.
As mentioned above we just offer the price as single bundle. Thanks
