I am moving to brand new house next month and right now, it is saying that VM is not available at that postcode. However, I have been told by the developer that VM will be available, and it is just because it is brand new that VM don't have it recorded yet. I need to corrobarate this with VM, as they will surely have experience with new post codes and what their network will be covering. However, I am struggling to find a way to contact VM to get this information and be able to inform them of the move. As it currently states the postcode is not available, the only option from the automated proces is to cancel the account, so I am going to need himan intervention on this.
Does anyone know where I need to go to solve this, please?
