Moving - Partner staying - account transfer

Hi there,

I will be moving out of my current residence at the end of August, however my partner will not be,

how can I transfer account responsibility (i.e. name, email etc) and direct debits to be in her name as I can't find an option anywhere for this,

any help is greatly appreciated,
