I moved house in December. I kept the same package. Looking at my documents, it looks like they reset my contract for a further 18 months. Is that right? I was told at the time, that the contract would be unchanged.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your contract at the moment, when you moved have you changed any part of your package at all or is it just a like for like package with only your address changing?
