Moved house and MyVirginMedia says 'no longer a customer'

Hello,

I moved house several weeks ago and after a lot of issues getting my broadband set up it was finally activated at my new address yesterday.

However MyVirginMedia both online and in the app only shows my old account number and do not let me access anything as it states that I am 'no longer a customer'. 

Please can this be fixed so that I can access my bills and all the other online services that I cannot access due to the website incorrectly believing I am not a customer.

Update: called this morning using options 2 (for technical assistance) and 5 (for my Virgin media) and got straight through a lovely Scottish man who I believe was one of their developers. He immediately knew what the problem would be and deleted my old account from the my Virgin media database. He said my new account is showing as active but it might take a little while for my Virgin media to update so I need to sign out, leave it half hour then try signing in again.
