Solved: Charge double on bill and fexi fee for moving addr... - Virgin Media Community - 4960691
As with the above case I moved house and was assured there would be no additional charges or change to my package I only had for a few months before moving.
I was spending £32 a month and now I am being charged £64 a month and got charged an extra £45 on the move too.
My account is now broken on the app too stuck on the old account and says my account has been disconnected but I can log in with no issue on a web brower.
