In terms of the amount you refer to - when you've logged in to your online account or have checked your bills, does it advise what the amount is for, or is this apart of your monthly package price?

The contract shows 25.75 until 4th July 2022 (18 month contract)

Direct debit payments taken out we're £29 per month. Been going on for over 12 months now.

Not sure what else you need need to know.

I have raised a complaint.
