Loss of Service Payment - how long does it take?

We had a complete loss of service at the end of last month for just over a week, it came back on approx 25th September. I registered for the loss of service payment as soon as it went out. How long does it take for this to be credited to a bill? I've just had this month's and its not on there?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of service you had. 

 

The loss of service credit would be added to the account after the fault has been resolved. 

 

Just to when you had the fault did you speak with the technical team at any point to confirm it is a complete loss of service?

We had an engineer visit who confirmed that another engineer had disconnected us further down the road. But that’s it.

Once your fault has been fully resolved you will be credited the loss of service payment. Did the engineer advise when the issue will be fixed at all?

assuming from the first post where the OP says the service was up again approx 25th September, the fault is resolved. It’s the credit for the fault they are querying.
