I am trying to log into my account on line and I fail, I cant get past security to reset my pass word as well. I did phone in and it was sorted,I could log in when the guy was on the phone. Sadly now I cant get log in?

Sorry to see that you've been having this issue when trying to log into your self-care account.
Can you tell me if you've attempted to use an alternative browser when trying to login or when going through the forgotten password route?
It may also be worth clearing the cache on your browser to see if this allows you to get past the login screen.

I have cleared the cache, I have also used a mobile phone and the main PC. PC has been tried on internet explorer and Google chrome.
